💖 Squnchy Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your Squnchy purchase! Every squishy is handmade and made-to-order, so we handle returns and refunds carefully to ensure fairness and quality.
1. Unopened & Unused Items
- Refunds or exchanges are available within 48 hours of purchase for unopened, unused items with all tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incomplete Items
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll help resolve it quickly and may offer a refund or exchange.
- Because Squnchy squishies are soft sensory products, please handle with care. normal wear from playing, including small cracks, dents, minor clay leaks or breakage can occur over time — is expected and not considered a defect.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Squnchy does not accept returns, replacements, or refunds for opened DIY kits or used sensory squishies, as these items cannot be resold due to hygiene and safety reasons.
4. Refund Conditions
- Refunds are only issued for orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect and are reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with photo verification.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item or confirm damage.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
- We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or customs, but we’ll do our best to help track or resolve the issue.
