Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days unless the squishy is stated as pre-sale.

During holidays, product launches, or high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs processing, or carrier delays.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can follow your package’s delivery progress.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Squnchy is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.

Squnchy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Temperature & Handling

Squnchy products are soft sensory items. Temperature changes during shipping may temporarily affect the texture of squishies or clay.

This is normal and does not affect the functionality of the product. Allow the item to rest at room temperature and it should return to its normal texture.

Packaging & Shape Changes

Due to shipping pressure or handling during transit, squishies may arrive slightly misshapen. This is normal for soft sensory products.

Simply squeeze and reshape the squishy to restore its appearance.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

• the package

• the shipping label

• the damaged item

We will review the case and assist you as quickly as possible.
